In this role you will:

Accurately handle and process specimens.

Follow laboratory procedures for specimen processing.

Identify proper tubes and containers for each test type.
-
Ensure quality of departmental resources and laboratory services.

Understand and follow all safety, infection control, and OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen guidelines.

Participate in departmental safety and quality assurance programs.
-
Utilizes appropriate supplies with minimal waste.
