The Advisory Services team helps FreeWheel’s premium publisher and distributor clients solve some of their most complicated problems around building and growing their businesses. Job Description
- Support the execution of medium to large-scale management and technology consulting projects for leading media companies, pay-TV operators, and online publishers.
- Become proficient in the business and technology that are shaping the future of television, with a deep understanding of online video business models, technology, and metrics.
- Provide hands-on guidance, problem solving, and expertise to support FreeWheel clients connecting their business needs with an appropriate technical solution.
- Perform data analysis and conduct secondary research to drive actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with FreeWheel Solution Engineers, Account, and Product teams to deliver recommendations that complement our core technology offerings.
- Develop analyses to identify and highlight areas to improve and optimize client monetization.
- Ideate KPIs, success metrics and tracking activities to solidify scope of project work.
- Support in the build out of materials in client kick-off and close-out presentations.
- Create business case studies from solution offerings that are leveraged in pre-sales process.
- Contribute to team culture of continual learning and growth by sharing client learnings and industry trends.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of comprehensive training programs for clients on the FreeWheel platform and ensure clients are fully equipped to utilize the technology effectively and stay up to date with the industry best practices.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
- 1- 3 years of experience with a management consulting firm, media publisher, technology company, or media agency with client facing responsibilities.
- BA/BS degree required
- Foundation in technology with a strong understanding of web, mobile, CTV, video strongly preferred.
- A background in Engineering and/or strong technical acumen.
- General understanding and excitement around the online video business, the TV and cable industry and the challenges facing both the industry, content owners and distributors.
- Ability to proactively manage yourself against a robust workload with multiple concurrent projects and tight deadlines, from engagement design through execution.
- Passion for learning new products, ideas and systems quickly, combined with the ability to translate business requirements to meet their strategic goals
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
- Analyzes data and feedback throughout the lifecycle of a product and analyzes final data results to determine business impact.
- Recommends strategy changes and future strategies based on research findings.
- Performs economic analysis, organizational positioning analysis and other analyses related to strategic planning as assigned.
- Coordinates and participates in special project teams.
- Interfaces with other specialists across several business units within the organization and collaborates on special projects.

Compensation
Primary Location Pay Range: $66,912.88 - $100,369.32
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
